I have PS 3.5 Professional and am creating a choral concert program. How do I add a background (such as snowflakes) to show behind the print?

In the Project Tab, click the fill icon, choose Fill with Clipart. In the search box, I typed "winter background" and several nice backgrounds with snowflakes came up. Choose one and it becomes your project's background.
