If so, perhaps this post will help: http://forums.encoreusa.com/tm.asp?m=20095 Alternatively, open the file in the program it was created in. Export as .txt or .csv - these file formats can be imported into most Address Books, including PrintMaster 18.

If you do not have access to the old version of the program OR they do not have an option to export as TXT or CSV AND you have access to Microsoft Excel you can use that program to import the .dbf file and then export to those other formats, too...
