contact list with name and phone number (Full Version)

I have tried several times to create a list of club members with their corresponding contact phone numbers. I type the names left justified then space over a bit and add the corresponding phone number. When I finish the list all looks well. However, when I try to save it, all of the phone numbers jump over to the left and mingle with the names. Why doesn't the info remain in columns as I typed it? FRUSTRATING

Because you typed everything into ONE text box. To create a second column, you must create a second text box.
