I have somehow changed the clock settings on events to 24 hrs setting (Military Time 19:00 hrs etc). How do I change it back to standard 12 hour settings ( 4:00 PM, 3:00 AM etc)? I am currently using CC12 Deluxe.

Could you have inadvertently changed the Windows Region settings?

That corrected the problem! Thank you so much for the information. Don't know how my regional settings got changed or messed up, but when I went in and reset them and rebooted the computer then re-loaded calendar it worked as advertised. Your help on this is greatly appreciated.
