I want to create multiple address labels on one sheet (avery 5160). I lost all addresses (so there is no mail merge option for me) and only have a hard copy to type in each. I cannot figure out how to do this. I also have a mac. I really hope someone can help me as I have to mail invitations soon!

From the Ready-Made templates, choose Avery Templates, then choose the Avery label that matches your stock.

To change background color, click Backgrounds tab (left toolbar), click Color button, open Swatches tab, choose white (upper left). There is no white in Palette tab, only very light grey.

Now you are left with a page with non-printing boundaries that show you where you can add your text boxes.
