If you don't want to send an attachment, then you have the choice of sending rich text email* or sending a link to a webpage** where that webpage displays everything in your flyer.
*You can send rich text email by embedding the HTML and images into the source code. Most email clients don't allow you to edit the source code so you would need this or similar software:
