Is there a program in print master platinum that lets me make a flyer with cutoff tabs on the bottom of the flyer? There is a picture of one on the box but I can not find a program in print master that shows me how to make one with my own picture on it

Type your contact info into a text box. Copy and paste that info several times until the text box is 8.5 inches long. Rotate the text box 90 degrees and place the text box at the bottom of the flyer.
