I have used print shop 23 for a long time making greeting cards and have always been able to insert my own scrapbook paper and designs, now this program will not accept these files any longer, the designs I am trying to use are in jpg format, any suggestions?

Print Shop 23 does accept JPG graphics into any of its projects.

  1. Open a project.
  2. Insert> From File...
  3. Browse to where the JPG is stored.
  4. Select the filename.
  5. Click Open.

If that does not work, possibly the JPG is corrupted. See if it will open in Windows Live Photo Gallery. If it does not, then you know it is corrupted.

You can also click and drag a JPG directly onto an opened project. You cannot open a JPG as a project.
