When attempting to install Crazy Machines 2 in Steam, you get an error saying that there is already a newer version of the Microsoft Visual Runtime libraries installed. The installation can be cancelled, but the behavior of the game may be unpredictable.
Solution: Using the Control Panel, uninstall the affected libraries from your computer. In Steam, right click on the games listing and select "Delete Local Content" then restart your computer and start the install process once more. The game should completely install without errors and play without any issue.
