When I select the scan mode so my printer can scan and export the image to printshop I get this box which states that the "program is busy Please select switch to to correct the problem." but I don't know which program is busy. When I select "switch to" it sends me nowhere. Please help!

I can't scan directly into the program either, so I always scan using the scanner's own app. Save the scan as JPG, then import that JPG into a Print Shop project.
