Unfortunately, Encore Technical Support does not have access to a third party activation system called "Activ"
If you are emailing our support department because of activation issues on Crazy Machines 2 that uses this activation system, we can provide you with an alternative solution to replacing your copy of this game with a Steam version. Please include proof of purchase and include a screenshot of your serial code error.
Once we have this proof we will issue you a Steam Key to replace your copy of the game.
