sapphiregiann -> 2 questions (8/25/2015 3:53:11 PM)

first question: just got this new program and really miss my 1999 vesion of print shoppe and b/c I'm visually impaired, I'm having a hard time seeing all of my options such as...text tools, images...etc. how do I change the texts of all of that to make it bolder and a bit bigger to help me. right now, it looks almost like I'm seeing double vision and the font is very light. the 2nd question is: when I want to see an image and it says I can only view online, do I have to click on one image at a time in the catergory of my choosing or can I see them all at once? for instance: if I'm in the 'people images' catergory, it automatically shows some images, but others have to be viewed online. thank you...gina

Hi, gina,

You can change the screen resolution on your monitor. Right-click on your desktop and click Screen Resolution from the menu. Try the lower resolutions until you find the one that works best for you.

As long as you are connected to the internet, the online images should appear in the Gallery just like the others.

Our 23.1 product will function on a minimum screen resolution of 800x600 so this would be best for your needs to see the program visibly well.

As long as you see the images like ellengard as shown in her screenshot, you are connected to the internet and you should be able to download them directly to your project.

If you can post what operating system you are on I can give you the instructions for changing your screen resolution.
