Add a backdrop/background

In older versions of print shop there was the ability to put a backdrop in a calendar. How do I do this with 3.5?

Check out this blog article about putting a background on a project: http://www.printshop.com/blog/2015/6/1/making-a-background.aspx As well, you can keyword search "background" in the Clipart Gallery. Add the graphic, size and positione over the page, then lock it so it doesn't move if you accidentally click on it.
