If you are seeing games not installing, or you think your disk is blank, check the contents of the drive first. A DVD that has been correctly identified will show up in the drive letter area.

To check the contents of the disc, right click on the drive letter and select open. You should see the following on your screen. It includes a "Game Data" folder. If any games did not install, double click the game data folder and double click on the installer for that game.
