Some of our customers have reported issues with black screens in Hidden Object games under Windows 10. A video should be playing where the black screen is.
Unfortunately this is a driver issue and not an issue of the game.
To update your video card drivers use the following links:
NVIDIA : http://www.nvidia.com/download/index.aspx
AMD: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
Intel HD Graphics: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/
If updating your video card driver does not solve the black screen issue, contact your video card manufacturer and request for the driver to be fixed so the black screen does not appear.
