A new feature of Print Shop 4.0 is that it now takes advantage of as many system resources that you have to provide a better experience when using the program. However there may be instances where this is not desired depending on your system environment.
If you encounter slow and sluggish performance, click on Help at the top right of the screen and select Preferences. Click on the Advanced Tab and uncheck the box that allows PS 4.0 to use all the resources it has available to it.
This may improve system performance on systems that barely meets the system requirements.
