Hello,

Is there a way to access calendar creator online instead of through a desktop application? Our office is trying to figure out the most efficient way to update the calendar so that everyone is aware. Currently I have to PDF the calendar and manually send updates every time.

If you want others to access the program perhaps you can use some remote desktop access service so someone can access your terminal and work on the program without having to be there. These are limited to one person per connection though. Log Me In works pretty good for these situations where you have to access your main terminal remotely.

Calendar Creator is designed to be a single-PC-only application, and does not have an online calendar component.

TMLFAN4LIFE is right that the application cannot be shared as such. The external access to another terminal might possibly work, but I'm not sure if it has been tried.

You are probably sharing in as good a way as you can using Calendar Creator for your purpose. Depending on whether or not you need to print the calendar, which is where Calendar Creator is superior to other choices, you may want to migrate to a web-only calendar that can be shared, such as Google Calendar or Yahoo Calendar.

Alternatively, you could load your PDF output from Calendar Creator on a cloud or network drive that can be accessed by whomever you designate to see or download it. They could not edit it, of course.

Check your email program's Calendar app. You can share that Calendar as a web page. It can be as simple as editing your calendar then accessing the section where you enter the email address of the person(s) you want to share your Calendar with and then click SEND.

Alternatively, if your organization already has a website, you can take a screen capture of your calendar and upload it. Send email notifications whenever you replace the screen capture with a new one, and include the link to the page (or just to the image). Perhaps make it a policy that everyone check the page every day for updates so that you don't have to email everyone all the time.

I was also thinking Omnipage lets you edit PDF files if I recall correctly.
