I purchased PS23.1 to replace PS15 because I have new computer with Win 10. I find some projects. I open my Christmas Envelope file and it shows the envelope, but when I go to print, there are no addresses. When I open edit addresses, my address list does not appear, only ones that came with the program for airlines and hotels appear. Please help. How do I find my address list.
Also, how do I create new envelope with exact size I need. Thank you. KLW

PS23.1 was released for Win7 compatibility. PS23.1 is not supported on Win10. If you can get it to run on Win10, there will be parts that won't work. Unfortunately, your PS15 projects and Address Book will not import into The Print Shop 4.0, the current Win10 compatible version.

If your old computer still works, start exporting your projects as high-res JPGs, but without text that you don't want permanently part of the JPG. Then you can import the JPGs into any Win 10 compatible graphics program.

As for your Address Book data, you will have to open it on your old computer and export it as a text file, preferably CSV format. Then the CSV file can be imported into other programs' Address Books.

If the Address Book file was left on your old computer, you will need to copy it and transfer it to your new computer.

I don't know if the Address Book file for PS15 is the same format as for PS23.1. If it is, look on your old computer for a file with the extension AB2.
