How do you alphabetize by the last name in your address book? I'm printing a list that needs to be in alphabetical order.

I would like to help you but I need some clarification on the version you are using.

Are you referring to the one sold on our website or are you referring to The Print Shop v1 , v2 or v3 by Software Mackiev?

It was purchased off of the web site. Unable to figure out what version other than Print Shop Mac.

I did some testing on the program today and can't find any direct way that you can sort by name. It is in the order that your address book is loaded in the program. I'll dig around some more but can't seem to find anything at this point.
