arzanni -> Avery label 5264 (1/14/2016 10:37:46 PM)

How do I create labels for an Avery Label sheet 5264. (3.3"X4" labels that are 2 across and 3 down)?

ellengard -> RE: Avery label 5264 (1/15/2016 1:01:39 PM)

I have a video tutorial, "Create a template for any Avery label stock." near the bottom of this page:
http://ellengard.weebly.com/printmaster-60-and-print-shop-35.html

Thanks and I tried that as the video explains. However, I keep getting the error message "The given key was not present in the dictionary"

So what's the next step?

Thanks

Show me the figures that you entered into the form. The error may be a result of entering the label size. You are not supposed to do that. You must enter 8.5 and 11 for the size of the paper.

You are using the form correctly, but your program has encountered a tech problem. You'll need to submit a tech support ticket:

BTW, these numbers will produce a label that is 3.5 wide, 3.33 tall. Your left position and your distance between columns numbers are too large.
