Actual page slow loads, import, exports, saves everything slow. Also too many errors. My op sys is win 10, 8g / 1 tb hd , plenty of space. anyone having same?

You shouldn't be getting errors at all. Errors indicate tech issues, so my first guess is a corrupted installation. You can uninstall and do a clean re-install, or submit a tech support ticket with a copy of all your error messages.

You're most likely getting the "Object not set to an instance" error when using the program. If so we do have an article here which solves the problem a majority of the time: http://support.encore.com/technicalsupport/kb.aspx?kb_id=2004&product_id=3780
