I'm new to this I bought print shop professional version 3.5 and when I try to use any templates it tells me there is none.
I try to create a project click on templates, click on menu (or any) and just comes up with no results.
The 3.5 professional suppose to come with 5500+ designed templates but I must be doing something wrong.
Please help as this is useless to me without the templates.

You might have not performed the update. Your copy requires the 3.5.5 patch.
