How do I "un-do" something on my project without having to first open the " home tab " and then the "un-do" option repeatedly? In my previous version all I had to do was click on "un-do" repeatedly instead of going through a 2-step process.

You can use the hotkeys Ctrl-Z. Similarly, cut, copy, paste are: Ctrl-X, Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V.
