Yes, uninstall v22 which doesn't work on Win10.

However I'm not sure of the scenario on your computer in regards to where you're uninstalling from. Did you upgrade to Windows 10 from 7? If you attempt to uninstall it may have issues and after removing the program you may have to delete left over folders.
