How can I scroll on the monthly calendar?

How do I update the holidays listing?

How can I scroll on the monthly calendar?

If you mean scroll to the next month or previous month, click the appropriate arrow button on the toolbar.

If you mean you are zoomed in and can't see the entire calendar, then decrease your zoom (zoom controls are at the bottom of the screen) or click and drag the scroll bar on the right to move down the screen.

File> Import> Events... choose from the list e.g. U.S. Holidays. All these events repeat in perpetuity.

Thank you. I meant how can I scroll with my mouse? It doesn't seem to work.

Thanks for the holiday info, also.

Dick

The mouse wheel has no action with Calendar Creator on my computer, and others have reported the same in the past, as here:

There is a workaround to this. Some mouse wheels are clickable. If you have a mouse that has a clickable wheel, the following icon appears so you can move your mouse up and down to scroll up and down on the page. Not the scrolling with the mouse wheel most are used to, but is a workaround nonetheless.

Tjanks again............

My calendar does not show the correct daylight saving time dates, was the question on updating holidays. Perhaps that information is located elsewhere?

Your version of CC is probably old enough that the calendar file has the older version of Daylight Saving Time. You could create a new repeating event for the current patterns for change, and deactivate (or delete) the old one when the new one is giving correct results matched to new calendars.

Thanks, I'll try it. I thought it might be available as an update.

You might submit a ticket at Encore Technical Support to ask if there's an update for the older product's US holidays file:

Dear dick moser,

Thank you for contacting Customer Support.

Calendar Creator Deluxe v12.1 does not have updates for the US holiday file. Due to the age and technology of the program it is no longer being updated.

DEJenc3 -> RE: scrolling, updating holidays (4/28/2016 8:53:16 PM)

You could request that they send you the US holidays file for Calendar Creator 12.1, since that should import into Calendar Creator 9, and I believe it uses the current DST dates. However, I think that rather than ending up with duplicate events and deleting the old ones, you'll do better simply modifying the repeat formula for the two events. Guidelines for when Daylight Saving Time starts and ends are here:
