Crapbund -> Files and names (5/3/2016 3:37:12 PM)

Why do the files I name one thing show up with names of some of my other files? The files and names are all mixed up!

Possibly, the program did an auto-save (which it does after a few minutes). So if you open a previous project and work on it, after a few minutes the program will auto-save a copy - it doesn't overwrite the original - but later when you save with a new name, you'll find you have this extra project file which looks like your newest file, but has a name similar to your original file.

Try doing a save as immediately after opening an old file, so the old file name won't get "re-used".

[:@][&:][:'(]I don't remember this happening before, but I just did a test and the program OVERWROTE my original file with my changes, even though I specifically did not do a manual save command.

So basically, it's really important to do a save as immediately, in case you change your mind and don't like any of your new edits. It's the only way to not overwrite your original file.

At the top right of your interface click Help and then preferences. The first thing that comes up is the ability to autosave.

You can disable this if you like so you're in control of the save behavior.
