Lumar -> Add a new stock of labelsheet (6/22/2016 9:07:32 AM)

I cannot add a new stock of labelsheet. The menssage is: Error, Object reference not set to an instance of an object. I was try the following:
"1. Open Task Manager by right-clicking the taskbar, and then clicking Start Task Manager.
2. Click the Processes Tab.
3. Scroll through the list to find PrintShop.exe.*32.
4. Click on PrintShop.exe.*32 to highlight the process.
5. Click on End Process.
6. Click End Process on the confirmation box: Do you want to PrintShop.exe.*32?
7. Close the Task Manager. Open the program"
But I cannot find any solution
Please, I someone help me. Thanks
