Can't get Print Shop 4.0 to work (Full Version)

I am running Windows 10 on my lap top and have Print Shop 4.0. I can open Print Shop BUT it it will not allow me to begin a new project or open and existing project. Can anyone help?????

Did you install PS4.0 on Win 10 or was PS4.0 already on your laptop before it was upgraded to Win 10? If the latter, then the upgrade corrupted the program. You need to uninstall, then reinstall PS4.0

Thank you - I did what you suggested. I uninstalled it then went back to the link I was emailed when I first purchased the program and uploaded it from there. I am still having the same problem. It will open - it just won't go beyond that point. Am I missing a step??? Thanks so much!

When uninstalling your program, please make sure you have checked C:\Program Files x86) to see if Print Shop 4.0 left any folders behind. This step is very important as you may potentially be overwriting a corrupt version of it which could cause problems. What Jason said! In particular, delete the file shown here in my screen capture. That worked for me when Microsoft updates made my Print Shop stop working. [image]local://upfiles/9017/3BD5F827A1D948678DFF04CCF2C56A8B.jpg[/image]
