With the new update to Windows 10, Microsoft has slightly changed the way you look for files and programs. In previous builds of Windows 10, there was a two step
process to see your installed programs. You had to click Start, All Apps and find your program in the list. All you have to do now is click the Start Button once and it
shows you a list.

If you're looking to work with drives such as the C:\ Drive, File Explorer is no longer represented as a text link. It is now a button on the Start Menu.

To uninstall a program, simply right click on the Start Button and select "Programs and Features"

Please note, if you're using older programs such as Print Shop 23.1 or older programs that use the .NET Framework 1.1, you will need to visit http://support.encore.com
and search for the affected product. On some programs, we list instructions on how to make a program work on Windows 10. As with all Microsoft Updates, it can break
a program at any given notice.
