I am trying to add a new label size to the printshop version 4 program that I just purchased (Avery 6791). I enter all the data and hit save then get a message that says: A given key was not present in the dictionary. I have tried is several times with the same result. Help please

This is the second time I've seen someone with the problem of adding new label stock. http://forums.encoreusa.com/tm.asp?m=51735 Unfortunately, if the person got a solution from tech support, he did not post back with the solution. I'm not sure if it's a Win 10 issue. I kept Win 7 and adding new label stocks is not a problem, so if you want to post the data you used for Avery 6791, I can create a project file for you so you can work on your labels right away. Then if you submit a tech support ticket, hopefully they have a fix. If so, please share! Alternatively, you can go to the Avery site and use their free label app. This blog article describes how you can design your graphics in The Print Shop and upload your design to Avery: http://www.printshop.com/blog/2016/7/1/the-print-shop-and-avery-design-print-online.aspx

We do have a resolution that will work and fix this issue but you must contact us to discuss this further. The technical support link given above is a good start to getting this resolved :)
