I want to create a project with about 12-15 pages with similar content. Is there anyway to name the individual pages so that I can see their names in the page gallery?

Any pages you currently have in your gallery can be duplicated by right click clicking it and select "Add Duplicate Page" You can also drag the pages around in the gallery to arrange their order.
