This program doesn't have a "print only selected labels" feature. See:

I don't remember if this old program can add guide lines, but if it can, that's a simple solution. If it can't, just add lines. Delete them just before printing.

Do a full page, portrait, 8.5 x 11 project. Take measurements on your label stock and add the guide lines accordingly. Design your label within the boundaries of your guide lines.

Another way I would do it, is to add a rectangle shape to the full page. Edit the shape by adding the positioning numbers and the dimensions. Then you can design your one label on top of the rectangle. Delete the rectangle before printing.

Customize the label with your desired text, graphics, or other elements. You can edit the text by clicking on it and slope typing in your text. You can also add images, shapes, or other decorations to the label as needed.

Once you're satisfied Strands Game with the label preview, go to the "File" menu again and select "Print" to open the print options dialog box.
