Belohou -> Printing address labels (11/28/2016 2:58:16 PM)

I'm printing address labels for my Christmas cards. I've used Printmaster products for many years to do this. This year I purchased Printmaster v7, and I'm having a lot of difficulties.
Address labels come in a sheet of 30. If I want to only print 12 address labels, is the rest of the sheet just wasted?

Not necessarily. It's easy to put one address on a page as outlined here: http://forums.encoreusa.com/tm.asp?m=50779

For each one just fill in the information on the label. Remove the backgrounds as indicated in the post by ellengard. If you're going to use this project on a seasonal or more frequent basis, save the project after you are done so you don't have to type in the information later for each label.

When done printing, remember the label positions that are left on your sheet so you can fill those in according to the ones left on your sheet.

Thank you so much for your quick response.
I've seen the message you referred to, and attempted to follow those directions. I must be really dense or missing something because I can't figure out how to "add my text and graphics to the appropriate label." Thank you for any help you can give me.

That would be in the Text Category under Add Text Box and Clipart Category for graphics :)

If you use mail merge, only the names you select in the address book will print, so 12 names, only 12 labels. However, the printing starts in from the first label i.e. you can't specify the print to start in label 15, for example. Also, for some silly reason, a comma will print in the blank labels which ruins them!
