I have tried to download the users manual but it seems to download part the stop and will not finish or it will
not change to a PDF format and function to read or use.

The online help file does seem to be taking an abnormally long time to retrieve. I found that I was able to save a full copy to my hard drive long before it had time to load enough into memory to read online.

I did the same and it works ok. But I have returned the software because of a java error that makes the software
completely useless.

I have checked the user manual and it downloads like it should. I do agree with the slow loading of the PDF document as it did take about 2 minutes for it to load completely. I'm not sure if changing the browser would help in this situation as there were moments of the download process pausing with my Firefox browser but anything is possible. I'll let them know though, thanks for bringing this up [:)]
