Our older game collection titles are pressed to a disc format called DVD-9 or more commonly known as "Dual Layer" which may have issues being read in older DVD-ROM drives. The only resolution is insert the disc into a computer that can read the disc, copy the files to a USB stick and use the USB stick to install the games on the computer that is having the problem reading the disc.
