It appears Microsoft has released an update that may affect the functionality of Hoyle Official Card Games and Hoyle Official Casino Games. There is some advice that may get the game to work again. 1. If the game is installed on the local hard drive, please use the Control Panel to remove the games from your computer. 2. Once the program has been removed from your computer hold down the Windows key and press the letter R. Type in %AppData% and press enter. 3. Double click on the Webfoot folder and you will see a Hoyle Official Card Games folder or a Hoyle Official Casino Games folder. 4. Delete the Hoyle Official Card Games / Hoyle Official Casino Games folder from the hard drive within the Webfoot folder. Empty the Recycle Bin. 5. Remove Microsoft Visual C 2013 and Open AL from your computer. Use the Control Panel to uninstall these components in the same manner you removed the games. 6. Now, restart your computer. Once you are on the desktop, reinstall the game from the installation media. Please let us know if the following advice works for you.
