I am also disappointed with the new CC 12.1 program that I purchased and downloaded two weeks ago so I could run it under Windows 10. I followed the instructions to export my Calendar Creator events from CC 10 (running under XP) to a csv file. However, the instructions for importing that file into CC 12.1 are useless because the File drop-down menu does not display an Import tab. Yesterday I sent a message to Technical Support asking how to get past this hiatus, but today I received a reply saying, "Unfortunately, Technical Support does not provide functionality "how- to" support for this program. Technical support is limited to error messages, install and uninstall issues." They recommended that I consult the Forum. How unfortunate that there is not better support for CC. My purchase of CC 12.1 was a waste of money. I am ready to look for a different calendar program, even though I have been using CC since it was a DOS program.
