When trying to print from a Print Shop 4.0 page I got an error message: "Settings for the HP 2540 Series Class Driver are not valid". What do I do? Prints fine from everything else.

Have you attempted to update your drivers? What operating system are you on? Have you contacted our Technical Support department for assistance?
