When you use Microsoft Print to PDF, it should create a single PDF file based on whatever name you input when it asked for one. PDF files can be opened by a variety of programs. Adobe Acrobat, Fox It Reader, Cute PDF and so forth. Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge also can read these files. Since you're on Windows 10, the functions of The Print Shop 23.1 can be unpredictable at times. Aside from the trouble you are having, I have no idea where it's renaming files to the .prn format, that's definitely not the user experience when Microsoft Print to PDF is set as the default printer. BCC Files are Calendar Creator files which are old but still fully functional in today's world. You can also export files to a JPG from the program interface which can be opened by anyone but can't be edited.
