You cannot open PrintMaster 15 files in PrintMaster v8.

If you still have access to the older program, please convert your projects to JPG or PNG format so you can use them in the new program.

This blog post, although for The Print Shop, explains the concept of creating a JPG template that can be imported to a new program where it can be updated with new text.
