dawsongl -> Calendar Creator bought 2017 (12/23/2017 7:52:16 PM)

On Calendar Creative bought this year. My first problem: How do you Minimize/Maximize the page? I clicked the upper right, center square, but nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? The second concern: I tried to export Calendar Events of January to December 2018 to the desk top but something went wrong. The entire calendar for 2018 is gone. I will mention, I am 71 years old and do not know toooo much about computers. Please help.

A couple of questions.

1. Do you see the left hand side of the screen appears to have data on it and...

2. Does the center screen appear blank?

This program requires a screen resolution of 1162x864 or higher. What do you have it set for? Also, some seniors like to set the display for 125% or higher. This can cut off parts of the work space.

Did you save your project before exporting as CSV? If you forgot to save, you can import the CSV to restore your events.

I have not figured out the Minimize/Maximize the page. Next problem, how do I convert the Calendar Events from Jan to Dec 2018 to Excel? I was able to do this on the old program.

If the entire workspace is shown, you probably have it maximized already. Is your monitor really big? On my husband's big monitor, my program doesn't fill the entire screen, but everything is visible.

Same way. Export to CSV. Open Excel. Import the CSV.

We understand you are frustrated but please do not post your number on a public forum.

If you can't see the program in its entirety, right click on the Calendar Creator shortcut and select Properties. A window should come up like mine. Make sure your run properties are set to Maximized as opposed to a normal Window.

You will have to click "Apply" and then "OK" after applying the settings.

I have entered the 12 months of the year of 2018. I would appreciate step by step instructions as how to take the information from "Calendar Events" to Excel. I was able to do this with the old program.

See my included screenshot. You can use the export / import buttons at the bottom right in order to export your event list to CSV.

This is from Calendar Events to Excel.

To the left of the check mark button is a button that looks like a watch icon. Click on that, and you can see your calendar events. You will get the screen like I've shown on the image above. The second button to the right above "OK" on the screenshot above is the export button.

When I press the "Export" button, above the OK button. Then what. Does this go directly into Excel format. Please step by step instructions.

NO. The generated CSV file (Comma Separated Values) is just a simple text file that Excel can read. Excel knows to put the comma separated values into rows and columns.

Just open Excel. Then File> Open ... and select the CSV file. Or maybe it's File> Import. I don't have Excel.

By the way, what do you want to do in Excel? Manipulate the data?

dawsongl -> RE: Calendar Creator bought 2017 (1/5/2018 12:30:16 PM)

When I have the Events on Excel, I can sort by first name and then by date. Then print for the family all the details.
