I am trying to print a label on a card envelope with the size 4 3/8" X 5 3/4" and I can't find any available size on the menu as this one. I see A5 and A6. Is one of those compatible with the card envelope size? I'm printing on an Brother MFC-J480DW printer.

Any help will be appreciated.

You can create a custom size envelope:

A few things I've learned when trying to do envelopes on my system.
  • I need to do a page setup to change the margins to zero or as close to zero as my printer allows.
  • I need to go to advanced printer options to select the envelope size. If my printer doesn't have it, I have to create it.
  • In the PrintMaster Print Dialog Box, I check that the Image Size Preset is FULL PAGE.

You're welcome. Another consideration: If your printer is having problems printing more complicated projects such as folded cards and labels, check to see that your printer drivers are current for your operating system.
