If you are installing our program on Mac OS High Sierra and are encountering problems with the program not launching or crashing, please use the following link to resolve the issue

Please be sure to restart your computer first so that the failed launch attempt of the program can be cleared out of memory before installing from the link above.
This will reinstall the legacy Java runtime that's needed to run our programs.
