I am not able to find the "Soft Edges" that was in Print Shop 23.1, under "Apply Special Effects". I hope that wasn't taken out, as I use it a lot. JB

Unfortunately, soft/feathered edges is not one of this program's features. You may be able to find a free photo-editing app that has it. GIMP is a free professional grade photo-editor. High learning curve, but can do most of what Photo Shop does.
