If you receive an error regarding an SQL Exception, please ensure that you have allowed your Firewall to access the program.
Many common firewall solution providers such as BitDefender, Kaspersky, Norton, Mcafee may have special mechanisms built in to restrict internet traffic.
You will need to allow PrintMaster.exe to pass through your Firewall as an allowed source to access the internet.
This file is located in C:\Program Files\PrintMaster 8 Platinum.
For assistance on adding this file to your firewall traffic exceptions list, contact the manufacturer of the security suite installed on your computer.
