Help! I have added text boxes to business cards. All text prints with dark gray drop shadow. I cannot remove it using the drop shadow selection of the effects on text ribbon. It appears all project types have the same issue. What am I missing? Thanks

All you have to do is double click on the text, click on the Drop Shadow button and move the slider all the way to the left. I can confirm that headlines are also affected in this manner.

Does adjusting the slider to "None" not affect it at all ?
