I have been using this program for years in WIN XP. I have a new PC with Win 10 and can't seem to install it. What do I do now?

The Print Shop 4.0 does not support Windows XP but does support Vista and higher.

What seems to happen when you install it?

You will need to keep your old Win XP computer to run this program. The project files cannot be opened in the current version of The Print Shop, so if you lose your XP computer, you lose your projects.

Before the old computer dies, start exporting projects (after you have deleted text that you don't want to be permanent) as high resolution JPG files. JPG files can be imported into any graphics program that you run on your new computer.

ellengard is right when it comes to losing your projects. However, in some circumstances, I have seen older programs run on Windows 10 with a little bit of luck.

It's very much unsupported on Windows 10 and may cause issues further down the road if you do get it to work and Microsoft runs their updates later.

I had noticed that The Print Shop 4.0 does say it opens 3.0 files under the file menu but have not tested this myself except for 23.1 files.

Print Shop Deluxe III is many years older than version 3.0. This thread should be in the other forum.
