When Printshop 4.0 Deluxe icon is clicked, it take almost a minute to open the project gallery. Is this normal?

It takes 56 seconds for this program to open for me which isn't so bad considering it takes over 100 seconds for Windows to boot up on my machine (when there are no updates).
