Hi
I have recently installed Printshop Professional and when I go to add a clipart it comes up with an error message that says:

"External component has thrown an exception"

It won't let me add any clipart! Help, what does this mean?

I can confirm that both of my copies of PS 4.0 is working.

Can you please go to Broderbund.com and then find our email address at the bottom page, email us with a screenshot so we can help you figure out what's going on?
