I can not select a single card to print to using Avery 5871 template. With the old print master 4.0 when i selected print i could pick which card 1 threw 8 to print to.

To print only select labels on a label sheet (rather than a entire sheet of labels), you choose Edit| Convert to Full Avery Sheet. Then click and drag to select labels to delete, so they won't print. PrintMaster doesn't have a print option to select labels like The Print Shop 4.0 does.

How do I print 1/4 page greeting cards?

If you don't know how to start a 1/4 fold card, then simply choose the quarter fold card option as shown:

If you don't know how to print, please post back and describe your printing problem. e.g. print is off-alignment, printer prints nothing, program crashes when trying to print, etc.

When I click as you showed on 1/4 page greeting card the Master Overlay comes on as a full page with 4 full pages to the right. I can print full page size greeting cards (4 page or 2 page f/back, but I want 1/4 page greeting cards!! HELP!

Those are not full pages. Look at the rulers. What you are seeing is each quarter panel.
